All products sold on KeyzVault are intangible digital goods. Upon successful payment, goods are delivered instantly via email or our dashboard. It is your responsibility to secure your purchased goods immediately upon delivery.

2. Usage Risk

You acknowledge that the use of third-party digital tools, software, and modifications carries inherent risks, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, or hardware restrictions by the original game or software developers. KeyzVault is not responsible for any damages or bans incurred while using our provided tools. You use them entirely at your own risk.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to chargeback or reverse a completed payment without going through our support channels.
• Reselling our products without explicit authorization.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or crack the software provided.

4. Support and Maintenance

We provide support for ensuring you receive your key and for basic setup. We do not provide 24/7 technical support for underlying PC issues, operating system errors, or third-party conflicts. Product downtimes for updates are normal and expected, and do not constitute a breach of service.
